Travel Log: Everybody needs a little time away, and last week it was our turn!

Luck o’ The Irish Fishing Charters (Capt Rich, Capt Ryan, and First Mate April) treated ourselves to an unforgettable vacation in the lovely city of Milwaukee. We’ve been wanting to fish Lake Michigan and we’re so glad we finally did!

Our first full day started out with an early morning offshore trip, where we pulled in Lake Trout and Salmon. We were in Heaven!

It was a breath of fresh air to be the customers on board for a change.

The view from the marina was beautiful.

We also painted the city of Milwaukee in style, representing none other than Luck o’ The Irish Fishing Charters from Fort Myers, Florida in full force!

We explored the city, parks, beaches, and we must not forget the Irish Festival! We got a chance to meet up with Pat, an old pal of Captain Rich’s from Ireland.
