You are welcome to bring any food or beverage of your choice in a personal cooler, with ice. Alcoholic beverages are permitted for passengers 21+ with a valid ID. No glass bottles, please. In the “Sunshine State” it is very important to protect your skin. We encourage all passengers to pack hats, sunglasses, and sun screen (50+ SPF).
GRATUITY: If you enjoyed your trip, tips for the captain are appreciated. Customary tips are 20-25%.
DISCOUNTS: We appreciate our freedom to make a living by doing what we love most! In honor of that freedom, we proudly offer discounts to all Servicemen. We will check I.D. at the time services are rendered.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash & credit/debit cards. A processing fee will be added to any card purchase.
DEPOSITS: We require a credit card to reserve your charter. Your card will not be charged unless you are counted as a “No call, no show.”
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please understand we are reserving our time specially for you. Customers who do not show for their scheduled charter cost us a loss in profit for business and captain. We purchase bait and tackle in advance. For these reasons, it’s imperative to contact us in advance when canceling or rescheduling is necessary. We reserve the right to charge your card for the full amount of your scheduled charter if you do not show up or call ahead of time. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled trip will be charged a $200 fee.
